Why so much off campus frat hate?
by: Curious FroshSaying KA and KSIG aren't relevant is wild, both throw extremely good parties all the time so why do so many people call them irrelevant? In fact, I would say that KSIG's two most recent parties were two of the biggest all semester. Never seen Theta Chi or PiKapp throw anything comparable in my three years here and yet people say they are better. I understand that they might not be top but they both are without a doubt both extremely relevant in the Greek social scene.

They have a presence, but they’re lucky to still even be in the top 10. Their recruitment has gotten considerably worse. They used to be able to pull good guys bc they had their houses, but losing their old houses/annexes (new KA house looks like a prison) has taken away most of their appeal. Ksig specifically is gonna have to recharter otherwise they’re just gonna die out with no real house
