Frat Rankings Tiers With Explanation

Sig Chi, Sae, Dke
Apes
Phi Psi, Ksig, Pi Kapp
Rest are irrelevant

Delt is clear number 1
Sig Chi could be bumped down within tier unless they get a good pc
Sae will likely jump sig chi in spring
Dke saved themselves by pairing this semester after a bad spring, could see them moving up or down depending on pc
Apes had a solid pc last spring, with another and some pairs that aren’t pi kapp in the spring could rise as well
Phi Psi took old ksig house which is huge but reputation isn’t great, reliant on pairs
Ksig lost their house and will likely be jumped by Pi Kapp by next fall
Pi Kapp on the rise, great fraternity, somewhat reliant on apes pairs to stay relevant

If sig chi gets one more bad pc they will slide significantly. They’ve already started to lose respect from DG which would have been unthinkable 2 years ago
