sororities w/ seniors gone

let's put it this way, the top tier chapters all have decent or their best classes graduating. So pi phi, kappa, and alpha phi are all graduating decent looking classes and dg, theta, and kd are all graduating their best current classes.
chio and ddd both have improved over the last few years so theyre graduating their cruddy ones, same with dz just on a lower scale.
then agd, fuzzie, and aephi are all stagnant and the same so graduation doesnt help or hurt them.
then at the very bottom achio's seniors are about all they had left of cute girls so theyre going down now.

No one is really improving because the seniors are graduating. In my opinion the seniors in most likely every sorority are the hottest/most fun. But you trust that they recruited the right girls and will remain the same.
