SAE is bad. Sigma chi and kappa sig ate both "upper middle". All of their ok guys are young and within afew pledge classes could jump Delt phi delt pike and SAE are middle, but I agree pike does suck

it's not. Kappa Sig is too try hard and constantly has crappy alcohol, and SigChi isnt that high yet either. Derby Days went well, but everyone has already forgot about them. Their popularity ended when the girls left Blau and went home with the TKEs instead

I could see Kappa Sig becoming top tier after next year however they definitely aren't now. They come off as stereotypical and try really hard to be TFM material. They have Kappa Delta (arguably mid-tier) for block and had an awful showing this fall with Alpha Phi.

I agree with everything, but they couldn't really do anything when Alpha Phi had it in their mind to go to other blocks in the first place. I feel bad for Delt this year for the same reason.

That is true but if those fraternities were actually considered top tier then they wouldn't have that issue. Not knocking them, it's pretty much impossible to compete with Phi Psi's block.

Phi Psi does not get expensive alcohol! It's actually extremely average to below average alchol. They are just way more fun and we go there to rage and have a good time. Phi Psi and TKE are way more fun as a collective unit than any other fraternity on campus.

how are they way more fun? ive heard from multiple people that they just stand around and dont talk to girls. maybe you think theyre better than the rest of the frats cause you dont give the other ones a chance and are probably one of those girls that only go to phi psi/ tke.

ZBT only had like 1 person rank them and Sigma Pi would probably be higher if not for them being suspended from social events/on probation for most of this year. They'll definitely be better than at least ZBT next year. Idk about any other ones up there though.

Lol at kappa sig being top tier. I guess they could be considered "top tier" in the relative scheme of things, but that's because Sammy got kicked off and Sig Chi got in trouble.

id put pike in lower middle. i dont think theyre on the same level as the phi delt sae or sigma chi. theyre more like ato

honestly at this point Pike is better than ATO still. Pike has more tgs and pregames with better sororities, is going to have a much nicer house, and unlike ATO who is loosing their good members, Pike is loosing their cruddy ones. ATO could move up, and take Phi Delt's place, but in my opinion: Sae>Pike>PhiDelt>ATO

Also I like the SAEs but a bunch of people dont because they are just like SigEp now, no pledge process, huge blanket bid to anyone, and super focused on getting Greek Awards. Honestly SAE, Pike, and PhiDelt all have some problem as to why people dont like them, but ATO has quite a few.

i have a friend in sae and he said theyre still going to haze the new guys, so theyre not like sig ep in that matter. but they do care too much about awards

i like the list but no way does one football pairing make a fraternity top tier. i would keep sae in upper middle though. there lower than delt and kappa sig but there new guys are really fun, even though there not the best looking fraternity

When they come back, they won't be the same at all. Just look at what happened to FIJI. Used to be top tier, got kicked off, came back and now they're towards the bottom.

thats because Fiji didnt have an amazing house to come back to, they had lost their house next to TKE during the time they were kicked off. Beta and Sammy both have amazing homes waiting for them
