move DG down, not that they arent still crazy partiers but the last two classes arent cute. Their nationals has been involved for the last two years and wont let them take just hot social girls so I personally can't tell the difference between a fresh/soph dg or agd

Alpha Phi is not middle tier. If that's the case Pi Phi should have been middle tore two years ago when they got that really bad pledge class.

I see Alpha Phi and Theta slipping. Pretty bad pledge classes and no/bad football block partners. Still solid chapters and top tier but falling behind KKG, DG and PBP.

Rankings are spot on, but the only reason Theta is bottom of top is because of probation this year, but they will come back strong (remember Kappa...)
