when are they initiated?

They are just getting started, of course it's going to take some from time to find their niche in the Greek community and to establish a social reputation. Thee few girls I met in Gamma Phi are hot, nice girls and overall their chapter seems like a wide range of looks and personalities.

Shout out to the belligerently drunk GPhi at Greek games shouting "turn up or transfer" as she shoulder checked everyone around. These girls need a serious wake up call to how the Greek community runs. Keep it classy, gamma phi

They may be naive about being Greek, they may not all be hot, and they may have some sloppy moments, but they're TRYING guys. I was at a house they were at one weekend (won't say because I heard they got in trouble for it) but most of the girls there would have fit in a middle tier sorority, maybe even top. That being said, the girls I have seen at Greek Week stuff seem pretty bottom tier. Overall they're just a wide variety of girls. I feel like I'm the only one that actually has some kind of hope for them. They just need to keep the bottom girls and the sloppy ones out of the limelight and they may have a chance.

WTF I heard they have the nerve to do variety show. I don't think they realize what they have coming.. Poor things. :(

Nobody will know what tier they are until Formal Recruitment 2015. That recruitment will put them on equal footing with all other chapters.
They will do COR in the fall because of graduations but they will only compete against the other chapters doing it rather than all.
I agree with the statement that it will be hard for them to compete until they get a house.

Their variety show dance was actually pretty impressive. Cute girls too. Definitely gained some respect from that.
