Need a house before girls will want to join.

There are definitely girls that are top tier material and then some that would definitely not get a bid at a top house. My friends in GPB are hot and are a good time. Overall as a sorority they are pretty mixed in terms of looks.

I'm in another sorority on campus and I love Gamma Phi. All of the girls are so adorable and polite. One of my best friends is in Gamma Phi and I'm so proud of her.

My roommate is a gamma phi it seems like a lot of the girls didn't want to be represented with the stereotypes of the other sororities so they joined gamma phi to create their own. The ones I've met are sweet and exited to colonize

I saw a ginger that was cross eyed in gamma phi. Hope that's not an indication of the future LOL

A lot of people think they're "naive" about being Greek, but really they're just not caddy and so so sweet. And major props for taking on the responsibility of colonizing

these girls aren't as bad as theyre getting credit for. at least half of the ones I have seen at greek week stuff have been pretty hot and the other ones that werent hot were fun. I dont know why everyone is hating so much.

Gamma Phi is a pretty nice group of girls. No one starts out as top tier when they were a colony not that long ago.

These girls are getting so much hate for being a charter class. They are getting called formal rejects, bottom feeds among others, but that's far from true. Many of the girls in gamma phi went through formal recruitment and simply dropped out. Why would anyone want to be in a house that was not a good fit for them? They aren't rejects or losers or bottomfeeders that couldn't do better. People who go through formal pick bottom their houses and you don't see people trolling around greekrank calling them rejects. Being a charter class member is a big responsibility, there are high expectations from the national organization, whom these women were chosen by. They weren't just chose by 20 somethings that want to go back and live their mean girl days. Picking a house where you feel at home is something everyone in the greek community should understand and know, gamma phi is just where these girls felt was the right fit. My parent was a charter class member of another sorority at a different school and they talked about how intense and stressful it can be waiting to know if you have met the expectations to receive your charter, there is a lot of responsibility in starting up a colony and chapter, you have to found traditions and reputations all while being under the careful eye of nationals, as well as the individuals in the greek community. It's pathetic that these girls are getting so much crap from people who have no clue how difficult it must be to start a chapter.
