Most people don't really talk about politics that often. Greek life tends to lean more towards the Republican party but a lot of people are still socially liberal. It really doesn't affect anything, I work for the Democrat Party in Ohio and I have friends who work for the Kasich campaign and who are super Republican.

There are liberals and conservatives in every house. Typically, the conservatives wear the "I'm a Conservative badge" like someone who would pop their collar. Liberals tend to be those who don't bat an eye to anything that is different.
Agree with the poster that said most conservatives in Fraternities are socially liberal as opposed to the bible-thumping Southern conservatives. The reason that you go to Ohio State is because you want to think for yourself and southern conservatives typically don't.

Also, it depends on where the members are from in Ohio. If the house is made up of members "south of Broad Street" (Cinci, Dayton and SE Ohio), the members will be more on the conservative side. If they are from the Cleveland/Akron/Y-town area, they will be more liberal unless they are from Geauga county or Hudson. Central Ohio tends to be more liberal or moderate Republicans and Toledo is mostly liberal.
