Up: Dg, Kappa, (they are both mostly out of their probation now I believe and got hot pledge classes)

Same: Pi Phi did well not getting another Winter 12 repeat. KD is not nearly as attractive as they were 3 years ago, but they've been consistently middle tier recently.

Down: Theta, Alpha Phi (their pledge class is middle tier),
