In all honesty does anyone know how much it costs to live in at Phi Psi? Hands down they have the best house on campus.

their dues are a bit higher than TKE, which are both higher than the middle tiers. Its not that much to live in a frat houses. The money that made PKP's house nice came from their alumni, not their members.

It's still cheaper than comparative off campus housing and the dorms. And that includes meals, etc

I know it costs less to live in their house than to live in the dorms, but I don't know how much that is

Like $1600 per semester.

You are way off it's closer to 4600 a semester.
