I agree with almost all of that, I just don't think gamma phi should be up that high. They've only been active for like a week, it's going to take years before they become mid tier. I would put them under Aephi and DZ because
1.) they're so big there's no way their sisterhood is very strong, I see it being very cliquey.
2.) I heard they're not having football block and that they won't be doing anything with frats for a year, so obviously not very social.
3.) they won't have a house until fall of 2015
4.) there are too many weird girls for them to be considered collectively hot

is definitely getting overlooked... I'm not saying they're hot but they definitely have some cute girls. And gamma phi is waaaaay too new to be even included yet

Not really a fan of kappa but they are doing very well. Dg will move down a bit next year but their seniors are still bangin. Pi phi got a good PC which moved them up a bit and aphi got a terrible one. It's not that theta isn't that attractive or anything they are just incredibly boring.

trade dg and kappa. When DG's seniors graduate they wont be nearly the same chapter they used to be. Last year nationals picked their pledge class and this year nationals and the sophomores did. I'm not saying they aren't amazing at recruitment they are just awesome at recruiting a totally different type of girl than they used to. A very small portion of this recent edge class is a typical crazy social dg.
In my opinion they are so much better off and overall a better group of women, but being less hot and social, and becoming more well rounded will take them into the middle tier on these shallow ranking sites.
