all jokes aside, pike is not nearly on a level with the other two.

also farmhouse is top tier as well

All three (Pike, TKE & K SIG) suck. I would not waste my time rushing any ot them. Phi Psi is good, Farmhouse isn just OK, but they are NOT a top house. Others that are better than the above three are Phi Delt, LXA, ATO, DX.
