so which fraternities are the lowest of the low?

Seen so many posts about the top and middle tier fraternities, but which ones in the lower tiers are considered the worst of the worst and the best of the worst? Of are they all pretty much just lumped together at that point?

phi psi, tke ,delt, sae,kappa sig, phi delt, and pike are the only frats here that actually matter and sororities know about. other than that the rest arent really known or do anything

alot of people think delta upsilon is lower tier but theyve made their way into middle tier
