I wonder if g phi b impacted pledge class numbers for some of the sororities that didn't hit quota. Girls might have decided that they didn't really click with their pref sororities so decided to take a chance on gphib instead? Perhaps other years they would have signed a bid card. Who knows.

I think this was probably a pretty significant impact on those pledge classes. I hope the pnms don't think they get an automatic bid to GPB though. It would be a shame if they gave up a good opportunity in a house in formal recruitment because they thought GPB would be higher "tier" and then they don't even get a bid.
