All I know is certain chapters are definitely on the rise, while other chapters seem to have fallen a little short.

being over quota isnt good. It meant you were close to using up a section of your list so they just finished off that section rather than make the choice for you

Okay, you clearly don't know how RFM works. Being over quota is fine, being under quota is what's bad. If you're under quota, not enough people picked you. If you're over quota, you have Quota Additions, which come from the matching process, which is really complicated to explain. But QAs are still girls you like and had on your list somewhere, it's not just randos.

honestly pretty disappointed all of the top tiers have had some sort of scandal recently. the hot girls are getting more spread out and i would much rather have them in a few houses for maximum slaying
