kkg? probation?
by: pnmCan someone please clear up the probation situation with KKG? I asked a Rho Gam if they were on probation and she said it's "100% not true". I really wouldn't think they would lie to us? So, what's the real situation? If they ARE on probation, how will this limit their schedule next semester?

KKG may not be technically on so-pro, but they have been a trainwreck since I've been in greek life. They got DQed from homecoming for being drunk during a sing off, they've missed quota because they think they are god's gift to earth and cut too many people, they got in HUGE trouble and made the news for hazing... If the name is worth the trouble then by all means. But I'm not sure you'll be the happiest.

I agree with the poster above. They have been in trouble for a long time, so they are probably on their last chance. My guess is that their nationals move in and clean house. They could be on so-pro with their Nationals and lying about it - OSU Rho Gams would NOT know if this is true since OSU and the Nationals are 2 different things. Either way, I would steer clear of them - there are plenty of other good houses to join.
