what's the deal with sigma pi?
by: CuriousI'm just curious. I don't see anything on here about them and they are one of the fraternities that I have checked out and they seemed like pretty cool guys, but I haven't really heard of them outside of their rush events/involvement fair. I'm not really going to use this too much to decide on whether I rush them or a different fraternity, but I literally don't know anything about how good their parties are, sororities they talk to, etc. While I can see something about just about every other fraternity I have looked at on here. Also, would most people consider them middle or low tier on here? I kinda don't want to make a decision without knowing what the social aspect is REALLY like oppose to what you just hear from the members

I'm replying to you and the guy under you I guess, but why are they losing their house and how do you know that they are 100% losing their house? If this is likely happening, then it will play a big part in my decision making

Delta Sig has signed their lease for SigPi's house. I don't know much about their membership review, but as soon as a fraternity looses their house they are screwed (ATO is losing theirs this coming year, and Lambda Chi lost thiers a few years ago and you see how terrible they are now)

membership review, 100% losing their house and dont have another option, dont really do anything with anyone besides dz and aopi once in awhile.
By the time you graduate they will be nothing because theyve lost their house
