Are these guys really losing their house? if so, anybody know why?

don't go ATO! As soon as a fraternity doesn't have a house on/within a street of 15th, they literally die within two years.

I heard that rumor too, but I haven't heard any legitimant reason as to why they're losing the house

They are 100% losing their house, don't know why though.

I guess the chapter is dying and they have a hard time getting enough in-house livers?

They're losing their house because Gamma Phi Beta is taking it. No idea where they're moving to

Im really close with the ATOs and it's disappointing because they literally have no plan or idea where they are moving or what they are doing.

Pike is losing their house, but they're supposedly moving into a better house anyway though. ATO I heard is losing their house and I heard that Sigma Pi is as well, not that Sigma Pi is that well known anyway

ATO is losing their house and has no place yet.

Sigma Pi lost their house to Delta Sig, no clue if Sigma Pi found another place.

Pike is taking AOPi's house.
