by: quotaSo if quota for each house is around 50, question after pref round does each house bid list consist of every girl that attend their pref round.. would those 150 girls be numbered in order or does a house only want so many of those girls and that is how houses don't make quota?

Every house has a different selection process and it's secret. If you attended pref, you are pretty much guaranteed to land somewhere on their list.
Provided each of the 150 that are invited to Pref, attend it, the bid lists go like this --
Let's say quota is 50.
First Bid list will include the 50 PNMs with the highest scores, Those girls will not be ranked on that list. Numbers 51-150 will be ranked
