Theta takes girls mostly from the Cincinnati and Toledo area
DG from Columbus and ?
Aplha phi Cleveland and NJ
Pi Phi, Toledo area and ?
Kappa Cincinnati and lots of girls from Upper Arlington?
KD columbus and ?

can a small town girl from out of state get a bid from one of those houses. Because I don't know a soul where as girls from one of the above mentioned areas have high school friends or cities in common and have an advantage???? I know I have read be yourself blah blah blah dress right, but really what are my chances when I don't have any connections.

absolutely. stop worrying about it. they take the majority of girls from those areas because thats where the majority of girls at osu come from.

These houses are all top houses and very competitive. They don't base bids off of location they get the best possible girls from anywhere

Like above said, these houses are extremely selective in the girls that they pick. If you are from a small town nowhere ever heard of but you are beautiful smart nice and seem dedicated to being in a sorority as well as having great convo with the girls you will get a bid because they are trying to get the best girls

Yeah Kappa is definitely Upper Arlington. I went to high school with those prim and proper country club blonde "ladies" and it was not fun.
