When going through recruitment what is the best idea to following...
do I pick a house based on the current members in a house or talk to girls that I rush and try to pledge the same house, because that is who I'll become friends with.
So maybe the question how important are the current member's vs the future members???

current members. they will be the type of girls that are getting recruited anyway. theres no way youre going to know everyone thats rushing them

get to know the current members. they are the ones who will be running the show for a while
