Are any top tier sororities less concerned with money and designers than others?

I think they all are to some extent, but Theta and Kappa are definitely the richest.

Some sororities fold in all of their expenses into their dues and look more expensive, others have less expensive dues but lots of individual above and beyond expenses that in the end, could possibly meet or exceed the all folded in expense dues. And no, you really can't do the less expensive dues but then think you just won't do any of the additional individual items as they are often for tickets for formals, etc, or are mandatory.
