which fraternity houses have the best parties. please give me like 5 to 7 houses. i dont just want to hear tke and phi psi cause i already know they have good parties

Nobody else. But by your definition of a good party probably every fraternity. You sound like a tool

Phi Delt has the third best. They aren't a traditional fraternity but Kappa and other top sororities have fun there. They just don't care and are more focused on brotherhood and just having a good time.

Kappa Sig! They have a beautiful house, loud speakers, and a great football block
