Informal vs Formal for Sophomores

Is it easier to get a bid rushing as a sophomore during informal rush or formal rush? Like I know sororities take more girls during formal so would that make it easier to get into a house or is it easier for informal since they are specifically looking for sophomores?

If you don't care about ranks, it's MUCH easier to get a bid during COB than it will be during formal.
