why

What makes the "top tier" houses so much better than the rest besides hanging out with hotter guys and being generally better looking? and why do most pnms want them when its pretty much known that the middle and even lower tier houses have better sisterhoods?

a lot of the lower tier sororities, from a guy's perspective, are not fun to hang out with. they're not that attractive & they don't show up to events in force

There is no top tier sorority besides alpha phi that I have heard bad things about their sisterhood. They may not be as strong as lower tier sororities but I would definitely not classify them as non existent.
