I'd say your best bet is ATO, TKE, or Sigma Chi.

Phi Psi and Sammy and Kappa Sig are alright, too.

phi psi is off sanctions thie winter, id say thats your best best, along with tke sigma chi and kappa sig...possibly pike

Sigma Chi and TKE are definitely the top 2 fraternities on campus this year. I give the edge to Sigma Chi simply based off their pairings. KKG and Pi Phi love them.
Sammy and Phi Psi are 3 and 4 but don't look for them to rise to 1 or 2 this year simply because of all of their sanctions.
