I'm in a fraternity you probably wouldn't mock, and I agree with the guy. Either take all your members, get the fraternity unchartered, and form a drinking club, or back up all the stuff your fraternity is supposed to stand for.

That is not the problem. The problem is that they don't know 1/4 of their brothers. I can name every brothers hometown, major, twins, littles, bigs, favorite hobbies, ect... I know all of them all very well and on a very personable level. I know SigEps who don't know half the people in their same grade. Signing a paper and then all of sudden being a part of an organization is not how fraternities are meant to work, nor will i hope that ever be the case. So all in all, I don't mind SigEp but I wish they would just be a club instead.
