False, it's pretty standard that a bunch of geeds don't want to vote for an all Greek team. His frat has nothing to do with his success.

Phi Delt is that high if you're judging off of quality. A frat could have 200 weirdos it doesnt make them a good frat. This past year Phi Delt has improved a lot on the social scene. Definitely better quality that Kappa Sig in my opinion
