Yeah, but for some reason their nationals won't sell the house. I know multiple frats have looked into, either bigger fraternities looking for a sick annex or smaller fraternities looking for a good house and they've all been turned away. Apparently their nationals owns it and they're sitting on the house until Chi Phi starts back up on campus again.

that this jason kid in delt would actually do this. I heard he even included links to pictures in the letter to get phi psi in trouble. Before there was no real reason for any of the top fraternities to hate on delt other than they are just weird and awkward, but now they better look out.
