I heard TKE lost it because they didn't have enough to fill it and the realitor just hated them. I don't think AEPi had anything to do with it. I'm not in TKE or AEPi, but that's what I heard.

they are more than fine I was at TKE a few weekends ago and some of the AEPi boys were there i dont think they would hang out if they hated each other...

Agreed. If any bad blood ever did exist between the 2 it was during winter quarter, but things are fine now (according to my sources)
