Beta has female alumni? Never knew. And the comment about Phi Psi is probably true; if anyone is close (or above Phi Psi) it would be Sammy.

I'm in a sorority and no other fraternity's house comes anywhere close to how nice phi psi's house is. It looks like a 5 star hotel inside.
