Just for fun, look at how the fraternities rank on number of ratings:

Phi Psi (159)
Sigma Chi (156)
TKE (52)
Kappa Sig (46)
Sammy (45)
Pike (44)
Delta Chi (37)
SAE (36)
Delt (29)
Sigma Pi (29)

Sounds like a better ranking system to me. A few chapters that people consider upper tier are ghosts around campus while you can clearly see the underrated chapters showing up. Its not perfect but after 4 years in greek life I think its better than "facts" rankings or greekranks.
