Impossible. Their alumni own that house. No way they'll allow any buy out, scenario would probably be renting.

Most likely situation will be Beta renting it out to another fraternity, a la how Pike rented the Phi Tau house on 15th before the Box.

Once Beta is reestablished on campus in 5+ years, they will return to the house, probably after renovating it through alumni donations to increase the probability of a strong re-chartering pledge class.
