From a Sammy, Sigma Chi is the only other fraternity I can really tolerate. PKP are weird kids overall. Decent individuals. But lot of douches.

The other night I was at Midway when I was getting hit on by this Kappa. Without hesitation, I told her, "See the thing about you that caught my eye is the same thing that makes me change my mind. Kinda hard, but girl, I'll try. You need to sit down, this may take a while. You see, she sorta looks just like you. She even smiles, just the way you do! So innnocent she seemed but I was schooled I'm reminded when I look at you but,You remind me of a girl that I once new. See her face whenever I look at you. You won't believe all the things she put me through. This is why I just can't get with you" She left

Sigma Chi, PKP, and Sammy all have mostly good members and some weird ones. By far the three that do the most.
