I'd have to say I agree with Halo and SMB, but Fifa, NHL, and Madden need to be addressed in that top tier as well.

well NHL '12 may be the best sports game of all time, but one good year doesn't make it great. You're right Fifa should be top tier, forgot about that, but Madden is old news, its on the downswing.

Another one to think about being middle tier (kinda nerdy) but steadily rising is Skyrim. Top tier in a few years I'd say

hahhaha i know, notice how when they saw they got caught with their hell week, the re-post the meaningless stuff (ryan reynolds) to try and hide it. pretty obvious EX. No reason to try and cover it up now, IFC/Judicial Affairs already has evidence. Sanctions!!!!!!!
