That is pointless. Things in life get ranked, get judged, get evaluated. While your at it, go tell college football to abolish the Top 25 polls, and tell the teams to just "enjoy themselves." Go vomit some sunshine and rainbows. You accept the rankings.

When can Fraternities start legally giving bids to freshman? is it at the end of fall quarter or beginning of winter?

The beginning of winter is hwen they can give out actual bids. freshman students must have completed atleast one quarter of full time credits and be in good academic standing to recieve a bid

Sigma Chi typically gives out bids earlier than all the other frats. Look for bids at their back-to-school parties! This also holds true for TKE, PKP and lots of the "Big 6."
