Beta wouldn't lose their house. The university doesn't own their house...they may get probation or w/e, but won't lose the house unless their House Corp thinks the undergrads are a liability.

phi psi is on social probation until january 2013 and sammy dropping faster than their members are. sigep is non existent in terms of true greek life and tke is going to quickly realize how bad they are now due to graduation last spring. best bet is to rush a handful of different places and see where you like because greek life is quickly changing in terms of "tiers"

False. Sigma Chi, TKE, Phi Psi, and Sammy will still be top no matter what. TKE lost a lot of good guys but also a lot of total creepers in their last senior class so they will be probably better off overall now. Sigma Chi is the frattiest fraternity of them all and TKE arguably parties the hardest of any of them these days. Sigma Chi and TKE will be the two top this year definitely.
