Would my gpa be too low
by: HelpI currently have a gpa of 2.9 and am transferring from a different college, would there be any sororities that would cut me for my gpa?

I’m in a consistent “mid” or “upper mid” I guess but I rushed with a 2.8 and had 3 chapters at pref round (2 of which I really liked). I think you’ll be fine. If you do formal in the spring, your first round or two will have the most cuts because your GPA. I would just be prepared for that & know that because I took it personally not knowing!

From PHA standards you need a 2.5 GPA to go through recruitment. Maybe like 1-4 sororities would cut you because of your gpa but that still leaves plenty of great sororities to give you multiple options to see where you vibe best. Don’t let your gpa discourage you from going through recruitment (and don’t let what people say about houses discourage you from joining one you really like too, if there’s a chapter that you really fit then you’ll still receive a bid!) go greek :)
