AOPi (they're basically the opposite of Phi Psi, nowhere to go)

the only one I disagree with is DG; theyre constantly in trouble, Sammy who was their best friend is gone, they had a below their standards pledge class, and it takes more than one things (a dance team) to be top tier or rising...

I don't think you can say everyone is moving up or down. Some are just staying in place:

Phi Psi
Theta
SAE
Fuzzie
Phi Delt
KD

I think the only people that got pledge classes this year to make them move up or down were APhi, DG, Pi Phi.
Aphi and Pi Phi got the best PCs
DG got a horrible one
everyone else had a pledge class I expected.
