I really don't want to be mean but in formal recruitment it was literally painful going back to aopi like why is it mandatory to go back to ones we dropped? I knew the very 1st day I didn’t like it but no I had to go back damn near every round. Thankfully I’m in one of my favorites now but I wish they would just drop those who drop them
