is there a sophomore quote here at OSU? I know some schools have a certain number of them they have to give bids too (or generally give bids to not necessarily have to), and what chapters here usually take the most sophomores?

osu doesnt have a sophomore quota and to disagree with the explanation, you shouldnt not single pref just so you have a bid, you should only list chapters you would be happy getting a bid from, so if thats happiest, happy, and miserable for the three chapters you visit on pref, then you shouldnt waste your, or that chapters time writing them down
