help me please :(
by: Help!!!So I’m really scared and really confused because our Ro Gams have told us not to talk about boys and alcohol and stuff like that. But when I was at Fuzzy for meet the chapters yesterday the girl I was talking to was talking about some fraternity called AGO I think it was most of the time we were talking. She’s only been in Fuzzy for like a year but I’m so confused and scared. Do they put us with younger girls on purpose so we relate to them more and do they try to trick us into talking about boys and parties and stuff so they can cut us? I’m too scared to ask my Ro Gam about it but now I’m really scared to go back there please help :(

I think she was probably talking about their block partner, ATO. They for sure aren’t doing this intentionally to make you look bad. If anything, this reflects poorly on Fuzzy because they should know better than to talk about the 3 B’s. Don’t worry girl, you did nothing wrong here

Lol yeah super dumb recruiter they should know better it’s prob because they were young I would not read into it at all... there is no sorority that is trying to trick you so they can cut you lol if they wanna cut you they just will but tbh if you are “scared” at the mention of boys I would seriously reconsider joining a sorority. Not in a mean way but you will have a LOT of interaction with fraternities so this might not be the most comfortable thing for you. Talk it over with your rho gam though just saying maybe this says something about how you’re going to enjoy Greek life.

No I’m not scared about the boy part lol. I was just scared when she started talking about drinking and alcohol and boys because I thought we weren’t supposed to mention those things during recruitment and thought she was purposely trying to set me up or something.

Yes that’s what fraternity it was! She was talking about how drunk she got at some of their date parties and she did mention block but it made me really uncomfy. I see them during the 5th round today and I have a break right now but I feel a little better about going back now lol. Thank you!
