why isn't greek life bigger here

this school is so big but greek life isnot? is it because it is mandatory to wait a semester before choosing to rush and by then most people sort of have a routine at this campus and don't feel the need to rush? i don't understand why it's so much bigger at uiuc or wisonsin or iowa

All of the good fraternity’s are suspended and the president doesn’t encourage Greek life.
