do i need to sorority rush

Not at all! people may have their different opinions on this topic but if you’re worried about financial reasons than maybe it’s not the best fit for you. Many chapters lose members because they don’t realize the investment that goes into being in a sorority before joining one. There are many clubs and organizations on campus to get involved with that still connected you with other students! But if you’re set on being in one there’s still a few months before recruitment so maybe start saving up or discuss payment plans with your parents?

Most if not all the sororities offer payment plans. A lot of girls in my sorority have a job on campus and pay it themselves. Just depends on if you would find it worth it or not!

Definitely not necessary. I have tons of friends who aren’t in sororities. I actually have met a lot of them from hanging out at block or frat date parties. Going to frat events and getting to know people there is a great way to make friends and still kinda be apart of Greek life without having to pay.
