starting sorority

does anyone have advice on starting my own sorority?

If you want to start a PHA sorority, you can't. Right now, OSU is not open to extension.
If you want to start a local sorority that is not affiliated with a national fraternity, start whatever group you want but it will be more like a club than a sorority.

Frats are different. PHA has to vote to allow a new sorority.

You can start a sorority and get it associated with PHA, similar to DOK, without full on status. It will need to start as a local sorority & build from there.

I suggest contacting PHA and/or Student Life to discuss!

PSR and ASU are PHA affiliated. DOK is not, girls who sign up for formal recruitment will never be introduced to DOK. They are an academic sorority that does things differently

Why would you?
Why not join one of the smaller sororities like AOPI and work with an established framework and resources?

You should do it but make sure you put getto white grils in it though
