is it hard to informal rush as a soph??

Will I be able to make friends and get close with the sorority? I feel like it might be hard to just jump in

Not at all! Almost everyone doing informal is a sophomore or junior. In my chapter sophomores and juniors hop in all the time and do just fine. You’ll get to be someone’s little, and get a big, and a family, which will help you slide right in. There’s also events with your pledge class and new member meetings where the officers introduce themselves. All in all you should be absolutely fine!

Considering you have to be at least a sophomore to rush in autumn semester, that should tell you that it’s not uncommon at all. It’s literally what we’d expect!
