Are there any fraternities that I would have a hard time getting into because I am not rich.?I am not poor, but my family is just middle class. I want to join a traditional fraternity, so is it possible to join any of the fraternities in top tier if I am not rich.

housing can vary. its more expensive to live in phi psi than in tke. Just for social dues TKE is around $1100 and phi psi is around $1500
