this is true. my bf is an engineer and interning in the city planning office. he brought it up to my roommate and she didnt even know yet.

when she asked about it she was told they ran out if money during architect fees and filing stuff, and that they wouldnt begin the process again for at least five years. it’s so sad for the girls who were so excited for it

Definitely sad for the girls who were innocent in the whole thing, but I heard they knew this in December and kept up the charade through recruitment to entice PNMs
