do we know yet which chapters are participating?

Chapters won't officially know until the first week of Autumn semester. But, from current chapter sizes/ what appears to be the number of seniors who graduated, I would guess that Chi-O, KD, Fuzzie, A-ChiO, DG, AOPi, AEPhi, and maybe Theta will be recruiting. I'd suggest contacting their recruitment chairs for more info if you're interested.
