Does anyone know how much the in house dues plus social dues for different houses?

Bigger fraternies will usually have higher dudes than some of the smaller lower tier houses. Phi Psi I believe is in the $1600 range, TKE/Sammy a little less around 1000ish. Mid tier houses expect around 600-1000

For Phi Psi and Sigma Chi living and other fees will be around 5000 dollars
TKE and Sammy around 3000 to 3500
Delt Kappa Sig and Phi Delt are a little less then 3000

delt and kappa sig are gonna move up, delt has kd for block and kappa sig has alpha phi and that can only help them. pike has tri delt.... and ato and sig chi don't have partners, definitely seems like it's all working out...
